Well, Saudi, England, and Germany comes to mind.

But i think it's hard to move out from here. Especially with summer everyday and the freedom to import whatever cars that you want. And no speed limit.

But if i can, maybe i will move out.

Better idea. Sell the CLS there in Indonesia, bring that money over when you move to US, buy a CLS. Since it's more expensive there, you may be able to actually keep a few thousand.
